Craig W. L. Anderson
5059 North Alfalfa Street
Linden, CA 95236
Phone: (209) 887-2968
Craig Anderson, despite the quality of his artwork, is currently making his living as a full-time writer;
among other things, he is a reviewer for the respected TANGENT magazine. He was an art major at San
Jose State University in San Jose, California. He has had art published in a variety of magazines during
the 1970s and 1980s, including THE STARLOG YEARBOOK, NEW VENTURE, THE DIVERSIFIER,
and many other places. Although he mainly works with ink on scratchboard and illustration board, he
also works with colored pencils and acrylics. "I try," Craig says, "to tell a mini-science fiction story in
each piece. Art is, above all else, fun... and I will never, ever draw a partially nude, Amazonian warrior
with a unicorn. I do have some standards, after all."
Craig is currently living in the rural hamlet of Linden, in the agricultural heart of the San Joaquin Valley.
